- The management has the right to cancel the event and the guest will be informed of the same.
- An advance of 50% must be paid 7 days prior to the event in order to guarantee the booking.
- In case of cancellations or amendments in the booking, the management must be informed 5 days prior to the event.
- The balance amount must be paid and all bills must be settled on the day of the function itself.
- In case the number of persons increases, the management will offer food and service for only 10% above the guaranteed number. A 20% surcharge (in addition to the rate per head) will be levied for any further increase.
- Outside food and beverages of any kind will not be permitted into the resort for consumption during the function.
- All charges will be levied on the actual number of persons or the guaranteed number, whichever is higher.
- An additional charge of Rs. 3000/- per hour will be levied for functions/events extending beyond 11:00 PM.
- All necessary permits, licenses, or ‘No Objection Certificates’ must be arranged by the customer and submitted to the management at least 7 days prior to the event.
- The customer is responsible for adhering to resort guidelines and any damage caused by contractors/workers engaged by them.
- All materials or goods brought in for the event are at the customer's own risk. The management is not liable for any damage to such items.
- Vehicle parking is at the owner’s risk. The management is not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles.
- A detailed list of audiovisual requirements must be provided at least one week in advance.
- Menus must be finalized at least one week in advance.
- 5% VAT will be charged on the total billing.
